Who We Are

All too often we simply invite people over and hope that our gatherings will magically be exciting, thoughtful, or memorable. And, all too often, we're disappointed.

But why? Why do some parties stay in our minds for years while others we barely remember by Monday? A great night feels like magic, but honestly, it's not. Most times it's just dumb luck. Sometimes, however, it's having a host who knows which details to focus on—those details that elevate an event from fine to fantastic. And that's us. We create consistent events that that linger in our guests' minds like a Michelin-star meal.

Spoiler alert: a memorable event isn’t about how many grapes are on your cheese plate or if you’ve vacuumed under your couch. We've all been to a visually stunning birthday party where the host has gone all out and on our drive home we’re hoping no one noticed we snuck out the back after having only stayed half an hour. We've also hung out with a few friends with no real plan for "a few minutes" that somehow turned into 2 a.m. and "holy shit I have work tomorrow!"

We don't have to settle for the automatic scripts of gatherings. We can design a Zoom birthday with multiple virtual rooms and allow people to mingle and move freely between them, making new friends along the way. We don't have to play the utterly boring and unnecessarily divisive Cards Against Humanity. We can enjoy the latest and greatest in party games that allow us to do what games were designed to do: bring us together.

My name is Jesse Chapman and I'm the CEO of a company that specializes in creating gatherings that are infused with those elusive, thoughtful, and memorable moments. When I was growing up, my house was the house that all the kids hung out at. Video games, slumber parties, movie nights—we hosted it all. And I've never stopped. The best compliment I can receive when a guest leaves an event we've hosted is, "Thank you. This is the best night I've had in a while."
